Free operator tool

Draft a restaurant review reply.

Paste a review to get a restrained starting point for your response. This free, rule-based drafter recognizes common food and drink concerns, chooses relevant language, and leaves the decisions with you. Draft only, you post it yourself. It never connects to a review account or publishes a reply.

Up to 2,000 characters. No network generation or storage.

How does this reply drafter work?

Remove names, contact details and order identifiers before you paste. Choose a warm or direct tone, then create a draft. The tool looks for a small, published set of English complaint phrases and chooses a response pattern. It does not understand a visit, inspect an order or check whether a team has already fixed something. A match is a writing aid, not a finding about your business.

Read the result alongside the original review. Replace generic wording with facts you personally know, remove anything that does not fit, and have the person responsible for replies approve the final version. Copying a draft is not approval. You choose whether to post it, where to post it and when.

What makes a reply useful?

Acknowledge the concern without repeating personal information or arguing over the guest's motives. Name the issue in plain language, but distinguish what the guest reported from what the business has confirmed. If a private conversation is needed, use your established business contact route rather than asking for a phone number, receipt or medical detail in public.

Do not promise a refund, replacement, training session or operational change unless the responsible person has authorized it. A short reply that tells the truth is more useful than a polished paragraph that invents a resolution. The tool deliberately avoids those promises. For a positive review, a simple thank-you is enough; do not turn it into a promotion.

When should a person take over?

An allergy mention, illness allegation, threat, discrimination concern or legal dispute needs your established escalation process. The draft can acknowledge that the concern was heard. It cannot investigate the claim, diagnose a condition or determine liability. Keep sensitive details out of the public reply and involve the responsible manager before posting.

Mixed reviews need special attention. A guest can praise a team member while reporting a wrong order. Keep the recognition, address the issue and avoid a generic apology that erases the useful part of the feedback. If no phrase matches, the tool offers a neutral starting point and asks you to check it rather than pretending it understood.

What happens to the pasted text?

Review text stays in this browser tab and is processed in memory. It is not sent to Replio or a language-model provider, and this tool offers no storage opt-in. Clear the form when you finish, especially on a shared device. Your clipboard and any destination where you paste remain under your control.

Input length limits and a browser-local cooldown keep accidental repeat actions bounded. These are local controls, not a distributed security service. There is no paid generation endpoint to abuse. Analytics, if you allow it through the site's privacy choices, records only the tool and action, never the review or reply.

Questions operators ask

Will this tool post my reply?

No. Draft only, you post it yourself. It has no review-platform connection and cannot publish.

Is my review sent to a model or saved?

No. The text is processed in memory in your browser. Clear the form when finished; it is not stored by this tool.

Does the draft mean a complaint has been fixed?

No. A response is communication. Only your team can establish what happened and approve any claim about work completed.
