Who is Rex?

Rex is Replio’s digital assistant. He reads what guests are saying, answers your questions, and suggests what to do next. Your team does the work in Replio.

Does Replio post replies for me?

No. Replies are drafted for you, and a person on your team posts each one.

How does setup work?

Choose your locations, then check out through Stripe. Create your account with the same email you paid with, import your reviews, and invite your team. Groups over 10 locations are set up with us directly.

How much will I pay?

Monthly billing is $149 per location per month. Your total uses the number of locations you choose. Your whole team is included: adding managers or team members never changes the bill.

Does it work across multiple locations?

Yes. Each location has its own follow-ups and owners, and Rex can answer across all of them.

What does my team need?

A phone or an email address. Teammates join from your invite and sign in with a one-time code or an email invite. Only an owner or leader can assign work.

Where does our data live?

In a managed Postgres database, encrypted in transit and at rest. The full practices are written down on the security page.

Who is behind it?

Chase Kubala, an Operating Partner across three Chick-fil-A restaurants, and Chazz Spiers. Replio is based in Houston, Texas.

Is Replio pricing public?

Yes. The rate is on this page: $149 per location per month. You can choose your locations and check out without a sales call. Your whole team is included.

What is the Rex plan?

Rex over text, with no dashboard. You text him about your restaurant and he answers. $69 per location per month after 7 days free. Card required, cancel anytime before day 8.

Can I move from Rex to Replio later?

Yes. Sign in with the email you paid with and tap Upgrade to Replio. Your subscription moves to $149 per location per month and the dashboard opens.
