Pricing Teardown

Birdeye pricing in 2026

Birdeye does not publish pricing. Its pricing page is a form: pick your location count, leave a phone number, and sales calls you. This page separates three things buyers usually see blurred together: what Birdeye's own site actually says, what third-party sources report buyers paying, and what nobody can verify.

Replio publishes its price: $199 per location per month, no minimum, no sales call required.

Their site

What does Birdeye's own site say about pricing?

Nothing in dollars. As of August 15, 2026, birdeye.com/pricing shows no dollar figures and no plan names. The page is a lead form: a location-count dropdown with the ranges 1-3, 4-9, 10-39, 40-249, 250-999, and 1000+, a phone number field, and a button labeled "GET PRICING". The heading on the page reads, verbatim:

"Pricing built around outcomes, not seat counts"

birdeye.com/pricing, checked August 15, 2026

The subhead beneath it, also verbatim: "One platform, one contract - replace point products and pay only for what you deploy at your locations". That is the entire pricing disclosure on the page. The old Starter, Growth, and Dominate plan names that third-party sites still reference do not appear anywhere on the current pricing page.

Birdeye's own blog post, "What does Birdeye cost" (last updated August 14, 2026), confirms the model in Birdeye's own words:

"Birdeye typically operates on annual agreements, with flexible payment structures"

"For most enterprise brands, Birdeye pricing is evaluated on a per-location basis"

"Birdeye pricing is custom and flexible... There is no fixed, one-size-fits-all plan."

birdeye.com/blog/what-does-birdeye-cost/, last updated August 14, 2026

So the confirmed picture from Birdeye itself: per-location, typically annual, custom quoted, no published numbers. Everything with a dollar sign after this point comes from someone other than Birdeye.

Third-party reports

What do buyers report paying for Birdeye?

The figures below are third-party reports, they disagree with each other on both plan names and amounts, and Birdeye confirms none of them.

SourcePage dateWhat it reportsNotes
CostBench Last verified Jun 5, 2026 Starter $299, Growth $349, Dominate $449 per location per month; Premium listed as contact sales Also reports a median actual cost of $4.8K per year drawn from 4 verified purchases
Reviewflowz Published Jan 5, 2026 Standard $349/mo, or $299/mo billed annually; Professional $449/mo billed annually Reports an entry price of $349 per month even for a single location; figures gathered by going through Birdeye's own pricing form
WiserReview Updated Jul 9, 2026 Starter $299 to $349, Growth $399 to $599, Dominate $449 to $699+ per location per month, as ranges Also reports fees beyond the subscription; those are broken out in the next section, all attributed to this one source
RightResponse Published Jul 17, 2026 No dollar figures at all States that Birdeye requires a consultation for a customized quote; useful only as corroboration that Birdeye is quote-only

Notice the disagreements. CostBench and WiserReview use the plan names Starter, Growth, and Dominate; Reviewflowz uses Standard and Professional; Birdeye's current pricing page uses no plan names at all. The single-location entry point is $299 in one report and $349 in another. None of these reports match each other exactly, and Birdeye's own site confirms none of them. That is not a knock on the sources; it is what custom pricing looks like from the outside.

Beyond the subscription

What costs do buyers report beyond the subscription?

One source, WiserReview (updated July 9, 2026), goes past plan prices into what it says the contract actually adds up to. Every claim in this section is that one source's report, not a verified fact and not Birdeye's statement:

No other source on this page corroborates these specific items, and Birdeye does not confirm them. Treat every line above as a question to ask on the sales call, not a fact to assume.

Before you sign

What should you ask on the Birdeye sales call?

Since the price only exists inside the sales conversation, the sales conversation is where you pin it down. Ask for each answer in writing:

None of these questions are hostile. Any vendor with a clean answer will give it to you quickly, and the answers turn a quote into a comparable number.

How does Replio compare?

This part is ours

Replio publishes its price. That is the whole pitch of this section.

$199 / location / mo · $159 annual · $169 / location for 5 to 19 locations

Replio is restaurant-only review operations: every review from Google, Yelp, Facebook, DoorDash, TripAdvisor, and Uber Eats in one place, with replies drafted in your voice and nothing posted without your tap. Birdeye is a much broader multi-industry suite, and it does serve restaurants through a dedicated vertical page; if you want reviews, listings, social, surveys, and messaging from one vendor, it is a legitimate option, and the two products are compared feature by feature in Replio vs Birdeye.

On pricing, the contrast is structural, not rhetorical: Replio's price is public, $199 per location per month, $159 billed annually, $169 per location for 5 to 19 locations, with a monthly option and no location minimum. The price on the pricing page is the price. No form, no quote, no call required to learn the number.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does Birdeye publish its pricing?

No. As of August 15, 2026, birdeye.com/pricing shows no dollar figures and no plan names. It is a lead form: pick a location-count range, leave a phone number, press "GET PRICING". Birdeye's own blog, updated August 14, 2026, says its pricing is custom and flexible with no fixed one-size-fits-all plan.

How much does Birdeye cost per location?

Birdeye does not say. Third-party reports range from $299 to $699+ per location per month depending on the source and the plan, and the sources disagree with each other on both plan names and figures. Birdeye confirms none of them. The by-source table above lists each report with its date and link.

Does Birdeye require an annual contract?

Birdeye's own blog says it "typically operates on annual agreements, with flexible payment structures". One third-party source, WiserReview, reports that almost every deal is a 12-month term billed monthly with a 90-day written cancellation window before renewal. Confirm both the term and the window in writing on the sales call.

Is there a review platform with public pricing for restaurants?

Yes. Replio is restaurant-only and puts its price on its own site: $199 per location per month, $159 billed annually, $169 per location for 5 to 19 locations, monthly option, no minimum.
