Multi-location review management software that shows you which store keeps getting the same complaint.
Every location gets its own review inbox, every reply waits on a person, and when the same complaint keeps coming back at one store, one person owns the fix.

What do multi-location teams actually need?
Running reviews for one location is a browser tab. Running them for five, twenty or fifty locations is a different job, and most of what breaks is not the reply. It is who sees what, who answers, and whether anyone notices that the same thing keeps going wrong at the same store.
One inbox per location, with access control
Each location needs its own feed, so a problem at one store never hides inside a group average. Each manager should see the stores they run and nothing else, and you should see all of them. In Replio, access follows the locations a person is given. A manager joins from an invite and signs in with a one-time code sent to their phone number, or with email.
Reply approval
When twenty people can answer reviews, somebody needs to know what goes out under your name. Replio drafts each reply in your voice from what the customer actually said. A person on your team approves and posts each one, and an approved reply can be published to a connected Google Business Profile. Nothing posts without a person.
Consistency across locations
Customers compare your stores, even when you do not. A reply at one location that sounds nothing like the reply at the next one makes the brand look like five different businesses. Drafts written in one voice, approved by the people closest to each store, keep the tone the same without taking the store out of it.
Spotting the location where a complaint repeats
One bad review is one bad day. Three of the same complaint at the same store is a pattern, and it is the thing a group owner most needs to see and most often misses. For food and drink businesses, Replio groups complaints into themes and flags a pattern when the same theme shows up three times at a location.
One owner per fix
A pattern that belongs to everybody gets fixed by nobody. The fix needs one named person, a due time, and proof when it matters. In Replio, only an owner or leader can assign that work, and Replio checks the later reviews at 30, 60 and 90 days to measure whether the complaint stopped. That part is tuned for food and drink today, which the table below spells out.

"Restaurants, cafes, bars" covers restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, bakeries and bars. For any other business, you link your Google Business Profile in Settings after signup. Automatic complaint grouping is tuned for food and drink categories like speed of service, order accuracy and cleanliness, and it is not built for other industries yet. If you run retail stores, auto service bays, fitness studios or home service branches, talk to us first.
How do you evaluate multi-location review tools?
Most demos look the same: a clean inbox, a star chart, a reply button. Ask these five questions instead. The answers separate a tool that reads reviews from one that helps a group of stores run better.
- Is the per-location price published? If you have to book a call to learn what one location costs, you will also have to book a call every time you add one.
- Who approves replies? Find out whether replies can post with nobody reading them, and who on your team decides what goes out under your name.
- Does it find repeats per location? A group average hides the one store where the same complaint keeps landing. Ask to see a pattern flagged at a single location.
- Who owns the fix? Marking a review handled is not the same as fixing what caused it. Ask whether a fix gets one named person and a due time.
- Does it check later? Ask how the tool tells you, weeks later, whether the complaint stopped at that store or is still coming in.
How Replio compares on price and fit
Prices as listed on each vendor's own pricing page on October 18, 2026. Check the current page before you decide.
| Tool | Listed price | Who it suits |
|---|---|---|
| Replio | $149 per location per month, billed monthly | Teams whose problem is the same complaint repeating at a location and nobody owning the fix. The full loop is tuned for food and drink today. |
| Birdeye | No public prices; the pricing page asks for your location count | Groups that want a broad marketing and messaging suite with reviews as one part of it. |
| Podium | Core $399/mo, Pro $599/mo, Signature custom; sold through sales | Businesses that want a broad marketing and messaging suite, bought through a sales conversation. |
| NiceJob | Starter $75/mo, Pro $125/mo; franchise pricing custom | Home service and small businesses focused on getting more reviews. |
| GatherUp | $99/mo for one location; $60 per location per month for 2 to 10 locations; the page offers 20% off for annual billing | Multi-location businesses that want review requests, monitoring of 100+ review sites, surveys, and topic and keyword tagging at a lower per-location price. |
These tools do real work, and several do things Replio does not, like broad messaging or review request campaigns. If your main problem is getting more reviews, one of them may suit you better. If your main problem is that the same complaint keeps showing up at the same store and nobody owns it, that is the job Replio was built for.

How do you get started?
You can set Replio up yourself in one sitting for up to 10 locations. Larger groups are set up with our team.
- Choose your locations and check out. Pick how many locations on the pricing page and pay through Stripe, then create your account with the same email. Checkout is self-serve up to 10.
- Add your locations. Add each store, so every location gets its own feed and its own team.
- Link your Google Business Profile. Connect it in Settings so reviews come in and approved replies can be published.
- Invite each location's manager. They join from the invite and sign in with a phone number one-time code or email, and they see the locations you give them.
- Approve your first replies. Read the drafts, edit what needs editing, and approve. Nothing posts until a person does.
Once replies are flowing, Rex, Replio's assistant, can answer questions about your reviews by text, in the app, and in GroupMe groups. For a restaurant-specific walkthrough of the full loop across stores, read multi-location restaurant review software.

Frequently asked questions
What is multi-location review management software?
It is software that brings the reviews for every location you run into one place, lets each location's team reply, and shows the owner what is happening store by store. The better tools also control who sees which location and show you where the same complaint keeps coming back.
Does Replio work outside restaurants?
Partly, and we would rather tell you up front. The review inbox, reply drafts a person approves, publishing to Google, team access by location, and questions to Rex work for any business with a Google Business Profile. You link the profile in Settings after you sign up. Automatic complaint grouping, the pattern at three, and the 30, 60 and 90 day check are tuned for food and drink today and are not built for other industries yet. If you run retail, auto service, fitness or home service locations, talk to us first so you know exactly what you are buying.

Yes. Access follows the locations a person is given. A manager joins from an invite and signs in with a one-time code sent to their phone number, or with email. Only an owner or leader can assign work.
Does Replio post replies automatically?
No. Replio drafts each reply in your voice, and a person on your team approves and posts it. An approved reply can be published to a connected Google Business Profile. Nothing posts without a person.
Which review sites does Replio cover?
Google reviews for every location, plus Yelp. For restaurants, Replio also brings in delivery app feedback from DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub. Delivery feedback is not part of the product for other businesses.
