Pricing Teardown

Podium pricing in 2026

Podium's pricing page will tell you the names of its plans, Core, Pro, and Signature, and what each one is for. What it will not tell you is a number. To learn one, you talk to sales. This page keeps two things apart that shopping guides tend to mix: what podium.com itself displays, and what dated third-party writeups say buyers actually pay.

Their site

What does Podium's own site say about pricing?

Plan names, yes. Prices, no. Checked August 15, 2026, podium.com/pricing lays out three tiers, Core, Pro, and Signature, each with a description of who it fits, and attaches a dollar figure to none of them. The framing on the page is that plans are designed to fit your business, and the route to an actual quote runs through a sales conversation.

There is exactly one fee named anywhere on the page, and it lives in the FAQ rather than in the plan cards: a 10DLC registration fee, the carrier compliance charge that applies to business texting in the US. Even that appears as a category of cost, not a headline price.

What the product is, in Podium's own presentation: a lead conversion platform for local businesses, built around a unified inbox, review collection, payments over text, and phone service, with an automated assistant sold as an add-on. Podium's listed verticals are currently auto, home services, aesthetics, and retail; a restaurant vertical does not appear in that list, and podium.com/restaurants returns a 404 as of this writing.

That is the full extent of pricing information available from Podium directly. Every number from here down was published by someone else.

Third-party reports

What do buyers report paying for Podium?

Four dated sources below. Three are editorial writeups; one is a raw crowd-reported tracker. Podium has confirmed none of these figures.

SourcePage dateWhat it reportsNotes
WiserReview Updated May 22, 2026 Core around $399/mo; Pro around $599/mo; Signature custom Credits its figures partly to user reports and a community pricing tracker; also reports add-on fees and a cancellation complaint, both covered in the next section
Astucia Updated Jul 8, 2026 Core ~$399; Pro ~$599; enterprise custom; estimates most single-location businesses land between $450 and $600/mo all-in, with a worked example near $508/mo Reports every plan on an annual contract; its all-in estimates stack the add-on fees on top of the base plan
TrueReview May 11, 2026 Core $399/mo (single location, 4 users, 250 bulk messages/mo); Pro $599/mo per location (up to 5 locations); Signature custom (5+ locations) The only source to attach usage limits to the tiers; reports 12-month contracts that auto-renew unless notice is given 30 to 60 days ahead
PulseSignal Updated Jul 29, 2026 12 crowd-reported price points spanning $5 to $8,000/mo, with plan names that contradict each other Raw self-reported submissions, not a tier list; its cluster around $399 and $599 lines up with the editorial writeups

The headline shape repeats across the editorial sources: roughly $399 for Core, roughly $599 for Pro, custom above that. Before treating that repetition as proof, one caveat matters: at least one of the three writeups names the community pricing tracker as an input to its own figures. So the agreement here is overlapping reports converging, not four independent measurements arriving at the same answer. It is decent evidence of where quotes tend to land, and nothing more than that.

Beyond the plan

What costs do buyers report beyond the plan?

Where the sources get interesting is below the plan price. Each item here belongs to the source named next to it, and none of it is confirmed by Podium:

Astucia's arithmetic is worth repeating because it reframes the headline: by its estimate, a typical single-location buyer ends up between $450 and $600 per month once the add-ons stack, against a $399 base. Whether that math holds for you is a question only a written quote can answer.

Before you sign

What should you ask on the Podium sales call?

Because the number only surfaces on the call, the call is your one chance to make it concrete. Each of these deserves a written answer:

These are ordinary diligence questions. A rep with clean answers will produce them fast, and the written version is what lets you compare Podium against anything else.

Full disclosure

How does Replio compare?

This part is ours

We sell the competing product, and our number is printed where anyone can read it.

$199 / location / mo · $159 annual · $169 / location for 5 to 19 locations

Replio does one thing for one industry: restaurant review operations. Reviews from Google, Yelp, Facebook, DoorDash, TripAdvisor, and Uber Eats arrive in a single queue, replies come drafted in your voice, and nothing goes live without your tap. Podium is a broader lead-conversion platform spanning several industries, and if texting, payments, and phones from one vendor is what you need, it may fit; the feature-by-feature breakdown lives at Replio vs Podium. Worth noting when a restaurant is doing the shopping: restaurants are not among Podium's listed verticals today.

The pricing difference is not a discount pitch, it is a transparency difference. Replio's rate sits on the pricing page in plain text: $199 per location per month, $159 when billed annually, $169 per location from 5 to 19 locations, monthly billing available, no location minimum. You can know the cost before anyone has your phone number.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does Podium publish pricing?

Not in dollars. As of August 15, 2026, podium.com/pricing displays the plan names Core, Pro, and Signature with descriptions, and no price attached to any of them. The path to a number runs through sales. The one fee the page names at all sits in its FAQ: a 10DLC registration fee tied to business texting.

How much does Podium cost per month?

Podium does not say. Three dated writeups, WiserReview (May 22, 2026), Astucia (July 8, 2026), and TrueReview (May 11, 2026), each report Core around $399 per month and Pro around $599 per month, with Signature quoted custom, before add-ons. Keep the caveat in view: at least one of those writeups credits a community pricing tracker as an input, so their agreement is overlapping reports converging, not independent confirmation. Podium confirms none of it.

Does Podium require an annual contract?

Three sources report annual terms. WiserReview describes annual agreements as standard, Astucia reports all plans on annual contracts, and TrueReview reports 12-month terms that auto-renew unless notice arrives 30 to 60 days ahead. Podium's pricing page does not state contract terms, so pin down the term, the renewal mechanics, and the notice window in writing before signing anything.

Is there a restaurant review platform with public pricing?

Yes. Replio serves restaurants exclusively and lists its rate publicly: $199 per location per month, $159 billed annually, $169 per location for 5 to 19 locations, monthly option, no location minimum.
