How Replio works with Apple
Plain language on how Replio keeps your Apple Maps listings right, what Apple lets us use, and the control you keep. Nothing changes on your listing until you approve it.
What you share
Apple Business lets you share access with a verified partner. Someone on your team with the Organization Administrator or Marketing Administrator role opens Apple Business, goes to Settings, then Integrations, then Partner Access, enters Replio's Organization ID and picks which brands and features to share. Ask us for the ID. Replio never sees your Apple password.
What Replio can use
Apple lets a partner work with only these:
- Brand profiles: your name, logo and categories
- Locations: hours, photos, actions and other details guests see on Maps
- Ads on Maps: read only
That is the full list Apple lets partners use today. Apple does not share your Maps ratings or insights with partners, so those stay in your own Apple Business account.
What Replio does with it
- Keeps your hours current, including holidays and temporary closures
- Updates photos and the actions on your place card
- When a fix from your reviews changes something guests see, like new hours or a new service, updates your listing so Apple Maps matches what is true in the store
- A person on our team makes each change in Apple Business after you approve it
What Replio never does
- We never change a listing without your approval.
- We never post or reply on Apple Maps on your behalf.
- We never touch a brand or location you did not share with us.
You are always in control
- Share only the brands and features you choose.
- Change what you share, or remove Replio, any time from Partner Access in your Apple Business account. Once you remove access, Replio cannot make any more changes.
