How Replio works with Google

What you connect

When you connect Google, you sign in through Google's own secure screen and grant Replio access to the Google Business Profile locations you manage. You choose which locations to connect, and you can disconnect any time. Replio never sees your Google password.

What Replio accesses

With your permission, through the Google business.manage scope, Replio accesses only:

• The list of business locations you manage on Google
• The reviews guests leave for those locations (reviewer name, rating, review text, and date)
• The owner replies you or your team have already posted to those reviews
• Basic profile information for those locations (name, address, category)

That is the full extent of it. Replio does not access anything else on your Google account.

What Replio does with it

• Brings every review into one dashboard, so nothing slips through the cracks
• Drafts a reply in your voice, ready for you to review and edit
• Posts the reply back to Google only after you approve it
• Tracks whether the issues guests raised actually get resolved over time

What Replio never does

• We never post a reply on your behalf without your approval. Every single reply takes a human tap.
• We never sell your data or your guests' review data.
• We never use your Google data to serve advertisements.
• We never let people read your Google data, except where you agree, where it is necessary for security, or where the law requires it.
